So it’s not often I get to push out news for someone else. If you haven’t noticed – I don’t do much but talk about NRGS things up here.

I always try to volunteer with someone. Be it whatever or however – Volunteering is a good thing. Sometimes I’ve got more time and sometimes I don’t. One of the groups I volunteer with is Caribbean SEA (Student Environmental Alliance). I try to keep the website up to date and working (which is what I’m currently doing today) They go to the caribbean and work on clean water projects: toilets, education, etc….. If you’ve never been on an island, resources are limited. They spend quite a bit of time in St Lucia. They go about anywhere. They do work in Tennessee and Georgia. Not having clean water is a problem.

Anyway – as I just found out today is Giving Tuesday. So an email went out and I’m reposting here to help them out.

During the busy holiday season, please consider helping Caribbean and TenneSEA provide programs for Students and Communities to better protect and restore our precious water.  From rain gardens at schools in Tennessee  to constructed wetlands and latrines in under developed countries, our kids are leading the way to better water (and learning Science and Engineering at the same time)!
