At North River Geographic Systems, Inc., we try to let you know what we do as a GIS company. Here is more or less a fairly comprehensive list of the services that we offer. Our goal is to keep prices low and solutions innovative. If you feel that your budget isn't going to be enough to get the job done - please contact us. We often surprise customers with what we can get done for organizations with tight budgets.

First and most importantly: Have a question? Call or email. If it can be answered in a short amount of time - It's good. We're done. Free help.

  • GIS Consulting
  • GIS System Design
  • GIS System Implementation
  • Project Management

Technical Services:

  • GIS Data Conversion and Migration
  • GIS Database Design and Creation
  • ArcGIS Server Implementation
  • GIS system Support

Insurance: All services are backed with $1,000,000 dollars in Professional Liability Insurance and $1,000,000 dollars in General Liability Insurance.

This is one of our newest services. Does your organization need GIS help but don't have the resources to field a full time employee? Have GIS questions that can't be answered with existing software support contracts? Please call or email for a quote.

GIS Professional Retainer:

  • Retainer is paid on the beginning of each month.
  • 20 support questions a month by Phone or Email. These are not cumulative. We tend to lose count easily so don't worry.
  •  1 office visit per month (depending on location - possibly more). This is not cumulative.
  • All retainer money goes toward any professional services rendered. If your current project is more than the retainer fee for that month we can provide an estimate for project completion. If no services are rendered that month there will not be a refund.
  • We will go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best support for your money.
  • An organization can cancel at any time.
  • As an ESRI Business Partner and Authorized Consultant we are able to offer a wide range of support for ESRI Software and Data Formats. Most Notably:
  • ArcINFO 9.x
  • ArcView 9.x
  • Arcpad 7.x
  • 3D Analyst
  • Spatial Analyst

If you are a conservation group or non-profit organization please call/email. As part of an ESRI business partner, we pledged on our application to give back as much as possible to the community. We realize that in some instances we may not be able to offer free services but we will offer services for the lowest possible price without sacrificing quality.
